From The English Karate National Governing Body:

Now we conclude a very successful weekend with a post to thank England Kata Coach Sensei Ady Gray, for putting on such a fantastic Kata Pre-Training Camp, 17th-18th January, as part of our preparation for the upcoming European Championships.
The camp delivered an intensive and holistic programme, combining strength & conditioning, cardiovascular training, mobility, recovery and high-level technical kata sessions, all supported by specialist coaches in professional facilities.
The five selected athletes showed outstanding commitment, professionalism and team spirit throughout. The environment was focused, positive and driven, with excellent work achieved across a short but demanding timeframe.
This camp represents a strong step forward in our kata preparation pathway and reflects the high standards we continue to strive for within the English Karate performance programme.
Thank you also goes to Sensei Vasile Munteanu for giving up his time and supporting the athletes over the camp weekend, we appreciate your commitment.
