FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our class is for anyone aged 13 and above.

Not at all! Our members have a range of experience in karate, from beginners through to more advanced learners. Our classes are inclusive for everyone, with a focus on offering guidance and support to enable each person to develop at their own pace.

While karate involves an element of self-defence and our classes do include some sparring drills, we discourage you to view it as ‘fighting’. As with any sport, there is the potential for injury but our instructors are well trained to ensure that everyone learns safely.

No, we welcome people of all fitness levels and ensure each individual develops at a pace that suits their abilities and improves their fitness in a measured and healthy way.

While we do teach fundamentals such as focus and self control, we also have lots of fun. Our aim is to create positive experiences for everyone on our karate programmes.

We offer month-to-month memberships, as well as savings on longer plans.
