KARATE LICENCE APPLICATION

The Karate licence includes your grading record book, students public liability insurance and membership to our parent association Byakko Shotokan Karate Association (BSKA) and the British Martial Arts & Boxing Association (BMABA). Please complete the form with the parent or guardians details where appropriate if the applicant is under 18

Licences are £30 per year
